Oduro is a distinguished Food Scientist with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in food safety, regulatory compliance, and technical governance within major multinational food manufacturing corporations. He has held executive-level roles as Technical Director, responsible for driving standards, legality, innovation and food integrity across multi-billion-pound food businesses supplying leading global retailers.
Oduro has been instrumental in developing and enforcing food safety standards that meet the strict requirements of UK, EU and US regulators, empowering manufacturers to achieve world-class compliance, export acceptance and market leadership.
